Second Claim

I claimed my charges back last year successfully.
The charges have started again so I was wondering if I could claim against them a second time.
You would have thought that after paying up the first time that they would have sorted out their charges system out by now.

If you haven't signed a bank document saying you won't claim again, then yes, I don't think why you can't claim again. The only risk is that, depending on the bank, they are more likely to close your account for good this time, as they will say you have proven that you have no intention of keeping to the terms and conditions of their account with them.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

One could perhaps say that you are the one who has not sorted themself out.0 -
I agree with krisskross, you should have learnt from this experiance. I have managed to avoid charges for the last 3 years or so, I only purchase stuff I can afford etc. Any bills I pay I do so in my own time and don't have a direct debt set up to do so.
When Martin wrote his article on Bank Charges he does state you shouldn't get yourself in this position of getting charges. Sounds like you need to bugdet and account for what you spend for against whats in your Bank account.
I believe you can pursue a 2nd claim as long as you didn't sign stating no more claiming when you received your 1st lot of charges bank."I AM THE GATEKEEPER OF MY OWN DESTINY" Nacho Libre

I'd be very surprised if they retain your custom so if I was you I would make alternative banking arrangements before you claim again and sort out your overdraft if you have one.
Good luck with that.0 -
You can claim as often as you want, but as has been stated already, sort yourself out, re-claiming isn't going to keep getting you out of trouble. You need to be a big boy. And not a troll

As the OP has an answer I'm going to close this thread before there is more name calling.0
