Hi,
I am after some information. My company is possibly making me redundant next week i have a 66% chance it is me. One of the things that are pointed out is that the company has done everything and reviewed casual staff etc but i don't believe they have and are still spending money on non essentials. The company has been struggling for the last six months but after the redundancies are still keeping on 1 casual person and someone they employed from people per hour even though the job they are employed to do is not relevant due to product restructure. They have also spent vast sums on ISO - which is not essential and business coaching even though the problem has been there for a while.
Is there anything i can do as the company have not limited non essential spending and not done everything it can to avoid this?
Many Thanks for any advice
