getting so annoyed with tesco direct

Converted my vouchers to double them up on Tesco direct, have £150 worth. Loaded my order and they did not convert properly, only £53.21 came off the total, rang up we have an issue wait 6 hours

Waited the time and now will not let me use the token code, this ecoupon has reached its redemption limit

I HAVE NOT REDEEMED THE STUPID THING YET AS IT WONT WORK!

How can they make something so simple so complicated!!

i have £140 included in the exchange but it firstly did not take £10 per voucher and now will not let me use them at all

we used to spend more than £5000 a year at Tesco but they are getting worse so next year its Morrisons or Sainsbury for me
