Buyer address incorrect, parcel lost!

did you put an invoice inside?

No didn't do that either! There is no record of my address inside.

I used to just sell torches and the item was such low cost that it wasn't worth writing the address on each one and taking the time to get a certificate of posting for 1 in 50 to get lost. I would have spent hours queuing to get back £2 for 1 lost item.

My mistake is to use the model I have developed for a low cost item to a higher cost item, then again it is hours of my time saved. If ebay say so then I will post the buyer a replacement and take the hit. Just like if it turns out to be faulty I dont get them to send it back as its not worth it to get it back to the manufacturer.

People dont seem to like the method I use but to be honest having saved 1 hour queuing and getting certificates of posting 2-3 times a week for many, many months, £13.75 seems no price to pay!

well fair enough, if it works for you then that's fine, you save time but accept the risks involved.

Not a plan for everybody in my eyes but each to their own.

maybe, but the cost of address labels with your own return address is negligible

You are right this is one thing I could easily do which would cost no time at all and would occasionally bring an item back to my door.

    This one looks good.
