Hi,
I need to buy a new fridge freezer soon.. my current one is working but its frost free function has gone so needs manual defrosting once a week.. so im not in too much of a rush to buy a new one.
I wanted to know when is the best time to buy a new fridge freezer?
Before Christmas?
or are they more likely to go down in price after Christmas, during the sales?
Also has anyone had any bad experiences with Siemens fridge freezers?
Our LG one has been with us for more than 10years so we want something similar or more reliable.
thanks in advance for all your help!

Firstly try ukwhitegoods forum with details of the problem and see if its an easy fix
Secondly we have had our Siemens FF for a couple years now and performs fine. Fingerprint proof stainless steel works well and reasonably quet and keeps everything cold without drama so far!
Keep an eye out for models with free 5 year parts and labour warranty as they are worth nabbing when free. Paid just under £600 for our one0 -
thanks for your helpful advice.. i'll definitely keep an eye out for the 5yr P&L warranty.
