Hi, basically, when I took out my contract for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 I took out an insurance which would cost £5.99 a month which would cover accidental damage etc. I then later received a phone call from the insurance company (as phones4u don't actually provide the insurance themselves) asking whether I want to upgrade my insurance to cover theft and whatever else (can't remember exactly I just it cover more things haha) for only £6.99 a month which I chose to upgrade to with a deal where I would pay every 4 months for my insurance with the first month this time being free. Now this bill of £21.00 was due to come out on the 2nd of December, however today £5.99 has gone out of my account to 'POLICY ADMIN SERVS' who I believe are the insurance company, even though I chose to upgrade. Can anyone help me in case I did something wrong when setting my insurance up?
