Is there a phone that will last the length of the contract?

If it's just calls and texts, I'd say go for a cheap nokia payg handset and put ur sim in it until the end of your contract. Can pick these up between £10-20 and still have it as a spare.
Like others here. I've had a HTC Wildfire for about 2 years without any problems, not the S though, the original wildfire. Battery isn't the best, but still lasts a day without any problems.
I've now got the HTC One V and it's great too.
Fella's got the SG SII. Don't know how well that will hold up as he's on a building site all day and it takes a wee bit of abuse.
I've had HTC phones for years and never had problems with them, so long I can't even remember the model of some of them :rotfl:But have read of others having problems.
Think it really depends on your usage too. If you're not getting a good signal, perhaps when the contract is up, it may be time to move to a different network.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0
