Yay for First Direct!

Very messed up my order - they sent two of something and charged me twice - 2 x £99 - when I only wanted one. I sent one back and according to Very they refunded me £99. Except they hadn't. It even showed up on their tracking system as £99 BUT only £69 went into my First Direct account. Very were extremely useless - bless them - and after literally hours of listening to their wait musak I gave up and phoned First Direct, who couldn't solve the problem easily ether, so they just credited me with the missing £30! how good is that!
