what can you do about a low star but a pos feedback?

I've just been left either a 1/2 star for item as described for a used book i sold on my private account. Correctly listed with every crease mentioned! They have left a positive comment though- saying 'cheap purchase, thanks again'
do i have a chance at getting this removed either by contacting the buyer concerned or ebay? Usually would expect a neutral or neg comment or at least a moaning email before someone battered a dsr.
I'm only concerned as this is the 2nd one i've had in the last 12mths and it's bothering me.

If it s only just showing it may be from a few days ago. Don't contact the buyer you think left it, this is not allowed by eBay.

You could try phoning customer services and saying you think it may have been left in error

thanks have given cs a go, and thank for pointing out it takes a few days as i's forgotton. I fear i have found another possible culprit-buyer did a bin on my item and then promptly sent me a message to say they wanted to cancel. So i pointed out that they had cost me relisting fees! They left me a pos feedback but the low star could have come from them.
