Down from 3.05% to 2.4% on one of my accounts with them, from February 5th.
And there was I feeling smug about having a decent rate.

You are not in a club of one on that score. At least we have 2 months notice and its an instant access account."enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0

Another member of the same club- teach us for feeling so smug with our rate! At least we have the option of closing the account without losing the bonus - very gentlemanly! Where we put it is another huge question. Got friends who have the original Investec high 5 and even that is looking fairly miserable at the moment.0

I have just spoken with the Nottingham. This rate reduction applies (only) to the e-Saver Plus 2 account where the underlying rate has been reduced. The e-Saver Plus 3 account is unaffected and still pays 3.2%.0
