Sent away my change from in to esa form about 6 weeks ago,still not heard anything,,still getting money and no phone call ,to. Question me,assuming they have form,is this unusual,or are ATOS ,very busy

This varies massively from area to area. If you are sure that the form was received (did you send it Recorded Delivery?), you will hear in due course. If you are not sure, you need to check they received it.

Give them a call to check - best to do it now in case your money does stop.

Hi Colin
Was there a letter with the form? If so ring the number on the top of that and ask them to confirm form received. Or to get someone to do a ring back to you. You will need your national insurance number and it normally option 3.
And the waiting period is upto 13 weeks, so there is still plenty of time to get the ATOS form yet.
