Agree, customer service rubbish, I ordered wrapping paper, slippers and a couple of small gifts using a couple of the money off codes recently and they eventually emailed me after over a week to say all my order was cancelled as everything was out of stock due to high demand...

It says up to 30% off all over the website. Aside from the hampers I can't see any 50%s!

Last week I bought a set of six martini glasses and they sent me one glass instead of one set.

Of course, when I called to complain I was told they were all out of stock and I had to send the glass back for a refund :cool:
