Sorry to be a pain but as my system is taking a long while to load up I'm trying to delete some of the items in my right hand bottom tool bar (the items that start up when windows starts). I've gone into using ccleaner and it brings up all these items..I don't want to delete anything I need and I'm unsure..would anyone be able to let me know which are ok to delete?...many thanks in advance

To see a very comprehensive list of startup programs, see

For a very easy but nifty tool to turn off unwanted startups, see

Don't use CCleaner to delete startup programs because that deletes them for good. You want to disable them, so that they can be easily re-enabled.
Some programs can be prevented from starting by right-clicking their icon and then unticking something like 'Start with Windows' or a setting buried in 'Options...', so try that first.
The 3 Ig* are convenience programs for Intel graphics and can probably be disabled. Use the mlin tool or click Start - Run - type msconfig - OK. Click Startup tab and untick an item to disable it.
Disable 1 or 2 at time, reboot and ensure that there are no detrimental effects.0
