Hi,
I do web-based (online) volunteering for a animal charity, does anyone know of any online courses (preferably free!) that teaches you about social networking and promoting your charity and the work they do and up and coming events etc.

Try contacting your local Chamber of Commerce. Our local one is always offering help with "new media", either free or for a very low cost. More for promoting small business but the principles would work for a charity.0
