missing music file

Hi
Running win 7, I copied a music file to CD all OK but then wanted to print out the play list of 20 tracks but could not work out how to do it, every time I highlight the list when I click to print the highlight cancels and it will not print. Also a more worrying problem is while trying to print the list using different combinations of clicks the music file has disappeared, it's still on my Windows Media Player but there is no folder for the file. I have done a search for the file but just get the message "no items match your search".
