Benefit fraud?

I have a serious question here, ok for the last nearly 2 years, a member of family is claiming single working tax credit benefits, the thing is they are not single, they live with my relative as a married couple, they have kids together, live in the same house, share everything from a bed to holidays together, erm, the other partner runs their own buisness and does very very well thankyou, about £60k wage a year, rememeber im a family memeber, yet the person whom i am writing about here, claims single working tax credits, and before that they claimed single persons income support benefit, Ive seen by acciedent the actually letters from the job cenetre and working tax credits place.. hmmm ok, when i found this out i would have normally had turned a blind eye ok, but I see how they live, they are not short of money at all, big house in a posh area, and the kids have every new gadject avaliable going, designer label clothes, and so many too the house is bursting with goodies, and i am not exageratting here, I had a dilema here, what do i do, with the knowledge, do i turn a blind eye or do something, and to be honest i had to do something, i was fumed to be honest, there us having to pay taxes on every pound we earned, so what i did was ring up the annomous benefit phone line, and well i gave them every detail i could....
Time went by, and by, and by over a year, nothing happened, if it had, im pretty sure it would have got back to me...

So over a year later, seeing this person was STILL getting away with getting tax credits that im sure they didnt qualify for, i rang back again, gave them all the details, even said i had rang the year before, guess what.... six months on, still nothings happened, do you think this benefit fraud centre thing the gov runs is just a farce?, because i think it is, is it just a front where they dont actually do anything with the info anyone gives them??, and only look into a few every now and then, because something is very fishy to me... what the hell is going on in this country??

What would you do?
