    bear this in mind:

    for legal aid, child maintenance IS TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT for both her and you... LSC is not a benefit, so its excluded from the 2008? act that said child maintenance is disregarded ;) - might mean that SHE has to pay and you dont (like my ex now has to)...

    all the same, personally i would invest in some proper legal representation... even if you have to pay... this is access to your kids... sshouldnt go skimping on that... (i know it will cost a lot, my case has come to 2500 so far, and its not even in court - three years of letters / mediation / her changing contact to suit her etc.
