I have only just realised that I qualify for Working Tax Credits for up to £1,220 a year.
Does anyone know if I can get back payments? if so for how many months can I get reimbursed?
Thanks

How far back can you claim if you are on DLA too?
I was granted WTC inc Disability Premium on 20th February this year. I am still waiting for them to pay me the back payments but I thought they were only paying three months/12 weeks of this.
I can claim on the grounds of DLA from 9th September.0 -
Same.....but you have to ask for it to backdated.0
