New qwerty mobile phone

At the moment I am using a Nokia E6 but for some reason it keeps dropping out the internet connection then reconnecting. Folks seem to be of the opinion Nokia has taken their eyes off the ball and have some catching up to do........also would like to move to an android based qwerty machine because software seems more readily available.
So I have narrowed it down to:
1/ HTC Chacha - previous bad experience has put me off the brand, but prepared to try again
2/ Samsung Chat 335 - has samsung os
3/ Sony Eriksson txt - doesn't mention the operating platform
What do you all think?
