    In the case of your Mum's Will it won't be your mum having problems, it'll be the executors and beneficiaries i.e. you. So if she's happy to discuss it with you it's worth making sure that you all understand your mum's intentions so that there is no need for argument after her death because unfortunately that's when you often see the worst of people.
