Reclaiming Bank Charges Hearing

So I've played hard-ball with Barclay's and they've mounted a defence to my claim. Received a letter this morning informing me that the hearing will be in just over a month. I was wondering how many other people have got to this stage as I was reading that this is rare. Am I right to be feeling a tad apprehensive at this stage or should I be confident knowing the law is still on my side?

This post concerns appearing in court with Barclays and you may find it reassuring. Top thanks to OP showmethemoney! for her post.

If its a "hearing" rather than a court date, read this thread from an Allocation Hearing held today.
