AVOID BE WISER INSURANCE

I was contacted by Be Wiser insurance and talked into taking out a policy with them.

After 2 months Be Wiser contacted me to ask for more details from me. They said I had no NCD. I knew I had so I contacted my other insurers.

After proving I had NCD they then decided to change their minds to say they couldn't mirror my NCD as I wasn't 35 years old.

I feel like they have miss sold me insurance then refused to help me.

Iv tried to contact them a number of times and they never answer or send a reply.

I would never use them again and would advise everyone to AVOID BE WISER INSURANCE.

The experience has cost me £23 in phone calls and £200 for a months temp insurance.

They wouldnt mirror the no claims which to me says your no claims is still being used on a car/policy already running.

So you dont have any no claims to use.

You tried to use it for another policy which is not allowed. Is taken then 2 months to find out you gave them the wrong information?

Have they cancelled the policy?

You tried to contact them but they never reply? I presume emails?

With important matters like this NEVER trust emails.

It is possible to mirror NCB, but this is dependant on the Company and they will all have different terms and conditions.

Jono, presumably you have purchased another vehicle. Is this just for you to drive or for other drivers, which may be the issue.

If you have not purchased another vehicle, why have you taken out another insurance policy before the first policy has lapsed or been cancelled.

Definately not straightforward so you need to explain the circumstances properly and in detail before help can be given.

I have had bad experiences with these BeWiser too.

Always about NCD. Trying to rip me off.

I will be going elsewhere for renewal.
