The best way to deal with big payments like this one is to call the bank beforehand and advise them that you intend to make that purchase. They cannot stop you from using your money if you can prove you are the rightful account holder, and all will go through a lot faster if you tell them beforehand.
Obviously a bit late tonight, but perhaps give them a call first thing in the morning.0 -

Never did that with any new payee's I have set up. Just sent the text to phone with the code in. Add that to the trans and offit goes. Arrived just as fast as further ones have.
But than again I never move 20K. Which may hit further issues.
