Nokia 5000d-2 Security Code

Hi
I'm trying to factory reset my 4 year old Nokia 5000d-2, before I gift it to DD. It is asking for a security code, but the Nokia default code of 12345 doesn't work and I don't remember ever changing / setting anything different.
Any suggestions how I can get round this?
