Been a while since I tried AVG but when I did about 18 months ago it ran really slowly.
Is this still the case or should I try it again and get rid of this McAffee thing that's taken control of my machine?0 -
I use free AVG and it works really well for meWins: Feb - Sam and Amanda DVD, Nanny Series, £50 Mother Day Goodies box0

AVG runs fine. just set it to do a full scan after you have installed. It seems to stay quiet (in terms of computing overhead) after that0
