STRADA – ‘Christmas 2012’- Competition Terms and
Conditions
 The competition will run until 11pm Sunday 23rd December 2012.
 To be entered into the competition Participants will have to ‘Like’ Strada’s
Facebook page and guess at least four of the eight festive elements in the ‘Win
with Fiano’ Facebook app correctly to be able to get a free 175ml glass of Tratturi
Fiano wine and to enter the prize draw for their chance to win the prize. The
winner will be selected at random.
 The Prize includes a one night stay, cocktails on arrival, dinner in Club 1812 and
breakfast the following morning in a Superior Double room for 2 people at the
Royal Exeter Hotel in Bournemouth (https://www.royalexeterhotel.co.uk) and transport
expenses up to the total value of £100.
Any other expenses during the guests stay will have to be settled by the winners
before departure
The prize must be taken before the 13th February (excluding the weekend of 19th
and 20th January) and is subject to hotel booking availability.
 Winners will be contacted via email by 3 pm on Friday 28.12.12. If Strada does
not receive acknowledgement from the selected winners by 6 pm on January 18th
2012, another winner will be selected and notified by the same method as stated
above.
 Entrants must be aged over 18 and reside in the UK at the time of entry. This
competition is not open to employees of Strada, Tragus, Tratturi Fiano and their
immediate families, agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected
with the competition. The selected winners must provide full name, address and
relevant contact information.
 Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There can be no
alternative awards, cash or otherwise.
 The decision on the competition winners will be final and no correspondence will
be entered into concerning any such decision.
 By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted
these terms and conditions and confirm they are happy for any visual content
produced by Strada, (of the winning entrants or any of their friends) to be used in
any subsequent promotional material.
 Strada shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the
failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances
shall include, but not be limited, to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane,
strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion,
accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force
majeure.
Strada reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any time
without notice. No purchase necessary to enter.
 Entrants acknowledge that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed
or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. To the furthest extent
permitted by law, entrants release Facebook from any liability associated with
the competition. This competition is governed by English law.
