TalkTalk CEOs Office contact details

I am trying to contact this office by phone to deal with an ongoing complaint, as letters get no response. I assume they are based in Southampton, same as the PO Box address. They have a team dealing with matters, but the guy I have been in contact with does not answer his direct line or respond to voice mails.

Does anyone have a number to get through to the office or a main switchboard number that can connect calls?

I don't understand why they have a "customer experience" questionnaire after calls when they clearly don't give a flying **** what customers think or try to improve

I don't have a number but many companies outsource incoming mail to a 3rd party, a PO box in southamption does not mean thay are based there.

The group head office is 11 Evesham Street, London, W11 4AR
For general enquiries call switchboard on +44 (0)20 3417 1000 but you are unlikely to get the CEO Office just get put through to a complaints department or be asked to phone the relevent sub company, be that tv, broadband or mobile.

Thanks, just re-tried this which was a number I had and got though, it seems to go to an auto message sometimes so I guess its often busy and best to keep trying. They can connect to CEOs Office.

I have been with TT for 2 weeks now and pulling out my hair over their "homesafe" feature, which inhibits surfing. Trouble is, it won't switch off! Done some research and it seems it really is rubbing a lot of customers up the wrong way. Call centres don't understand issues, you are just pushed away! I will terminate my contract and have an easier life fighting the bailiffs!

No matter how mad you are with them don't just stop paying. They most likely won't involve bailiffs but will just trash your credit rating instead.

    Don't let them win!
