Moving house contents - no where for lorry to park

Just bung some cones out to reserve a space for the removal men, you are moving so by the time some busy body try's to report you and get you a fine issued you will be long gone, to fine you the council would have to prove it was you who put the cones out.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0
