1. By entering into the Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. You must also comply with any applicable Facebook terms and conditions or your entry will be disqualified.
2. This promotion (the Promotion) is open to individuals who have a Facebook account. To enter, you must like or becomes fans of the Facebook.com/Shock Absorber Facebook page exclusively by using the application on the Facebook platform.
3. Internet access via a computer or mobile phone is required. Data and connection charges may apply. Entrants must seek permission from the bill payer before entering.
4. The Promotion is not open to employees or their immediate family of: Shock Absorber, its affiliates, associated companies, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
5. The Promotion will run from 3rd December 12:00, 2012 to 23rd December at 12:00 (the Campaign Period).
6. Participants who validly enter the Promotion through the promotion application on the Facebook Platform in the Campaign Period will be entered into a prize draw. Separate draws will be run each Friday during the Campaign Period whereby a prize winner will be drawn.
7. An entrant may enter once each calendar week during the Campaign Period.
8. Only one (1) entry per Facebook account or individual is permitted – multiple entries will be disqualified. All entries found using multiple accounts will also be disqualified.
9. A Winner will be selected at the end of each week of the Campaign Period from all valid entries during that week and will be selected by random by computer system.
10. Each Winner will win a year’s supply of Shock Absorber bras (comprising 4 bras delivered in one go as a single prize).
11. The size, colour and style of the prizes will be at the Promoter’s discretion. If the Winners’ selected sizes are not available, the Promoter shall supply the nearest size that is available.
12. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives. Shock Absorber reserves the right at any time to substitute alternative prizes of similar or greater value or offer
additional prizes.
13. Winners will be notified promptly after each draw by email. The Winners may be required to submit proof of identity before prizes are released.
14. If a Winner fails to respond to Shock Absorber, the email sent to the Winner is returned as undeliverable, the Winner declines the Prize or fails to provide adequate proof of identity at Promoter’s discretion, the Prize will be disqualified.
15. In the event of a disqualification a new Winner will be chosen again, at random.
