My partner has a tenant in his flat.
For 3 months she never paid rent due to SAAS hiccups, finally at the end of October he recieved backdated payments. This has covered him till end of October. Now Novembers payment is overdue, so when it was sorted before, should they have a set date of receiving the benefit or do they have to reapply every month???
