LOL, it might have helped if you'd typed it long-hand: live action role playing. I have a cousin who loves this and I remember him talking about herofest. You might find some helpful info/links there. HTHEat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

Wondered what is was called, we get a large group of "larpers" in the woodland where we walk the dogs, always good fun seeing someone dressed as a character from the Lord of the Rings jump out of the woods weilding a two headed axe and mask right in front of a 30KG Bull Lurcher who decides this is a good game of chase coming up as the now fleeing Middle Earth dweller runs away screaming like a girl!
Similar to the "fair maiden" laid on the path possibly poisoned or suffering an elf attack who doesn't appreciate the concerned jumping all over and face licking from a mud encrusted Jack Russel or two...:rotfl:every time I manage to get one more breath into this body, I will sing a song of thanks to you my brothers, my sisters, my friends, may your sleep be peaceful, and angels sing sweetly in your ears.0 -

I do Stargate Lrp and as such use phys reps (physical replicas) of guns - they aren't real and don't work, but we get used to carrying them for the weekend and have to remember to take off our leg holsters before leaving the site and wandering into the supermarket etc.
Back to the point of the post though - what kind of thing are you looking for? A great site for larp safe weapons is http://www.artyfakes.co.uk/ for instance.Spam Reporter Extraordinaire

thanks for everyones help
have found potion bottle holder online and i am now making him a hood.
he might even get some potion pouches filled with bird seed0 -
I'm a high-fantasy LARPer. There are lots of sites online that do good kit (e.g. www.thevikingstore.co.uk).
Things that could be used for lots of different characters are always useful - your potion bottle holder and hood are great. Also small latex daggers, belt pouches, dragon brooches, leather gloves etc. Also good quality face paints and face paint sponges, although beware of allergies/reactions.Mortgage when started: £330,995
