Selling same item

After a terrible week last week, sales have dramatically improved and stock that had been unsold is being bid on.
One of the items is a pattern and I see two people are interested in it. Am I able to contact bidder no 2 after the auction and offer her the 2nd copy of the pattern at her last bidding price or do I have to start again? Thanks.
( both patterns of a simlar quantity)

after the auction has finished you will have an option to do a "second chance offer" which will be at the second bidders highest bid
