Amazon not paying money owed to me?!

Very strange, 5 weeks have now passed, I sold about 6 or 7 rare old console games, made about £350, but around £190 after fees, I immeadietly transfered this to my bank account, a week passed nothing arrived, another week passed, still noting, but I was away at familys so couldnt send email, came back and sent an email, waited a week to be told that the reason why was that a customer made a non recieved item claim, but this is BS as this claim was actually made the same day as the email was recieved! Not before!

I tried refunding this customer, but my balance was still £0 and Amazon wonte ven let me refund! Another few days pass and they find in his favour despite me having a recorded delivery slip saying recieved, and all of a sudden my £190 appears minus £40 for the item! it then says money transferred to bank account on that day!

Amazon are ignoring me! so so far about 5-6 weeks have passed.

That sounds a nightmare, but an all too common problem with Amazon/ ebay/ PayPal type sites.

Is there any way that you can escalate your complaint? If not, I would be tempted to threaten them with Small Claims.
    Gone ... or have I?

Talking to Amazon's customer service, either via phone or email is like talking to a brick wall. With a monkey sitting on it. A while ago, I regularly entered a competition where I'd win vouchers so I had loads of vouchers in my account. I originally planned on saving for an LCD TV but I couldn't be bothered waiting that long so I ended up spending them. Not once, but twice they screwed up.

The first time was when I placed an order for Dead Rising, which came with a free faceplate. I originally picked super saver delivery, but closer to the time I decided to change the postage to first class. Using the handy button that said 'why not upgrade to 1st class postage'. Simple? Nope. For some reason, they decided to charge me forty quid for the game and fifty quid for the free faceplate. Luckily I was able to catch this before the order went though but the guy on the phone seemed utterly unable to comprehend the problem. I eventually put enough pressure on him to speak to his boss and add the fifty quid worth of my vouchers to my account. But I don't think he ever understood what my issue was.

The second time was worse. This time, about seventy pounds worth of vouchers just dissapeared off my balance, without me having made a purchase to that amount. It was an item screw-up, but this time it was a bigger pain in the !!!!. After several emails and phone calls, I met with an utter lack of comprehension. My last part of the conversation went like this..

'Yes, your voucher balance is a bit out, it should be £39.99'

'39.99? That's only eight quid more than it is now. I'm missing seventy quid!'

'Well, I can't see that, but it definitely is £39.99'

'Wait, how could it be £39.99. The last item I ordered cost £39.99. Are you sure you've not just got mixed up?'

    'No, it's £39.99.'

'So how on earth could my balance be £39.99 exactly which just happens to be the cost of the last item I ordered?'

Things went downhill from there. I was so !!!!ed off but further emails didn't help. In the end, about three weeks later, my voucher balance was righted, without so much as an email saying 'sorry, we were wrong.' Presumably someone with a brain cell must have seen something was amiss, but it certainly wasn't anyone in customer services.
