Zavvi are accepting orders which they then inform you they cannot supply for Christmas but refuse to cancel them using the pathetic excuse that they have 'already entered the despatch process'.

What did you order, was it a large item or something that many would order like a DVD.
I don't believe they charge your card until dispatch normally and it most definitely go against the SOGA to not cancel it before a card has been charged and the item dispatched.0
