I prefer to use less popular cashback sites as I find them more approachable and with better customer care (they respond to emails very quickly). The one I've been using for a while is www.quanti.co.uk - they have all the stores I shop at, give 100% cashback and pay out on request - I got the money through PayPal day after I requested it, all nice and sweet :T
Hmmm is this what I think?

If this site has only been going four months, declines to provide an address, I think I'd rather put my trust in Quidco, rpoints etc - even if there is the occasional hiccup.

I see your point but in all honesty what does it change that you have the address of quidco or rpoints when your cashback is missing? I made an amazon purchase on give or take weeks ago and I am still waiting for either cashback in my account or response to my email.

My friend has recommended quanti and I have so far been satisfied with their service which is all that matters to me. So even though they haven’t been around for long I think I will give them benefit of the doubt and see how it goes :)

    Cheers

Greasy Palm are refusing to pay me £15 which I am due after opening an account with Totesport and placing 5 bets.
They say that they cannot pay me as Totesport have not paid them even though I clicked through Greasy Palm to open the account which would have tracked the transaction.
Can anyone assist to help me get my money?

has anyone got their £18 for registering at GameAccount.com through Quidco?

mine has even tracked yet
  • if i was to recieve double the amount of cashback i was expecting can the site request it back after paying out.
  • In response to todays article on cashback sites - do they work?
I have been using Quidco & Rpoints with few problems. The train company managed to lose one payment but it got chased up.
The others have worked well. Quidco charge £5 per year but pay automatically once £10 is reached. R points don't charge and pay on request once a certain number of points have been credited. I haven't tried the 'best performing' one, perhaps I need to look at it.
  • I tried to use Topcashback to get a quote on the Co-operative Insurance site but at the end of the process the Co-op site came back with a message that said I couldn't get an online quote and had to ring up. Going in direct with the same details I got a quote with no problem but obviously no cash back. I had to buy or I would have been uninsured but it makes me wary of using cashback sites especially since the AA gave a different (more expensive quote) and lower cover through a cashback site!!
  • I have been using Topcashback for 18 months and been very pleased with their service, getting back nearly £300 to date. For some stupid reason I decided to purchase travel insurance through Quidco because it gave me 17% back as against 14% with Topcashback. I later discovered that there is a £5 membership fee at Quidco so I lost out on my purchase.

What annoyed me was the fact that this £5 fee information is hidden in the depths of the help pages not on the home page. I questioned the support team at Quidco, but all they could say was I should have read the help page before I signed up. Why does someone read the 'help' unless they have a problem? Why not be 'upfront' and put this fact on the home page? No they obviously prefer to con people. My advice is use Topcashback where there isn't a membership fee.
  • I have signed up for Quidco but cannot see how or where i start earning from doing Daily Clicks, please help?? Very confused....
