Hi all, last month was bad OPs as I had to pay for the side of my house repointing for the vast price of £1600 :( and also treated myself to a new camera for my photo hobby and fab new printer too. So all in all I was spending like there was no tomorrow but after all my hard work over the past years I feel a treat every now and then is in order :D

I have started off this month with an OP of £370, making total for year £3570 so I'm still above target for the year (just)

Another OP of £921 for June bringing the total for this month to £4974.94

So close to the end. We should be finished with the mortgage in August but it may be early September due to an extended holiday in Thailand.

Not sure which I should be more excited about the holiday or the mortgage being paid off 15 years early. :j
