Hello,
Does anyone know a address to contact virgin via writing so I cancel my credit card with them, have looked and they have phone numbers but would rather to it the traditional way through good old letter!
Thanks

Their address is shown in your T&Cs/credit agreement, and also on your monthly statements.
If you don't have them, you'll find the current T&Cs on their website (just start an application to view them).0 -
Their address is
Virgin Credit Cards (MBNA)
P.O. Box 1004
Chester Business Park
Wrexham Road
Chester
CH4 9WW
I personally would call them. I used to work for them a few years ago and often mail would go missing. Its up to you though.0 -
Why don't you just ring them and ask for the address?0

Ring them and ask them to write to you confirming your account is closed.
Quicker, cheaper and more reliable than writing to them.0 -
Could it be perhaps that the o/p doesn't want to ring and would prefer to write?
To be honest sometimes I dont like ringing places up to cancel because its never just that straigtforward and I dont like being abrupt to someone when they are trying to talk me out of cancelling something and trating the person on the other end like they are beneath my contempt like some people do to call centre staff.0
