What about sex offenders, wife beaters, fraudsters, burglars, robbers, Tories etc....you'd never end. Its probably simple for you because you seem to think simplistically;)
It is simple, anyone convicted of a serious crime (which affects others lives). In fact I would go for all on your above list (maybe not the Tories though).
Why does it need to be any more complicated than that?
We all know what human scum is and decent people should not have to put up with their bad behaviour.
PS this is nothing to do with class, but standards of behaviour.
