We used to just ship them out to Australia.
Then the working classes of Britain worked out that they could have a better life in Aus than in the UK and started to become free settlers.
Even by about 1830, the poorest British and Irish in Australia were better fed, healthier and better housed than their compatriots back in the Mother Country.0 -

the point is anti-social scum come from all walks of life. you can have rich anti-social scum. anti-social scum play loud music late at night, hang around looking and being menacing, dumping rubbish in the street, partake in crime, rip people off etc etc. these are anti-social people.
disabled people are not anti-social scum (by nature, although that is not to say that there are no disabled anti-social scum) and that deluded lefty who mentioned them as a group should hang their head in shame.

how do you know they can afford to move? How do you know they don't have a large mortgage, that one of them no longer works due to having kids and they are struggling and in massive negative equity.
