Has Vodaphone been hacked?

Very strange goings-on.

I'm on payasyougo and couldn't log in using u/n and p/w that I've used lots for over a year. Tried three times then it said to call c/s as blocked.

Phoned c/s from landline and they said I couldn't proceed as insufficient credit (landline?).

Talked to online c/s. They said I wasn't blocked and they tried u/n and p/w it but didn't work their end either. They sent tempt p/w but doesn't work.

Now I keep getting errors when trying to reset password online.

Is anyone else having problems?

    I've been having similar problems. I think they're updatiing their site but obviously the IT guys aren't as clever as they think.

    If it continues I'll probably go to another provider.

    Sounds more like a c*** up with their website or authentication system than a sign that they've been hacked.

    Hope you sort it out, anyway... :-)

    I'm not sure that will help, but thanks for your concern.

    I requested another password online to be emailed which I got. I had to put in my username in order for that to happen. When I tried the new password with the same username it didn't work. There is something drastically wrong with your site. I know it is being worked on but this is silly.
