Mad Fat And Bald

Mad fat and bald!! B]B]No offence meant to overweight people[/B[/BI was diagnosed with manic depression in November (now we're supposed to say Bi-polar) but I don't mind. I had an episode of hypo mania in 2004 and post peuperal psychosis after each of my children were born.Son now 21! and daughter 14, but it still came as a real shock. The mediction has made me put on over a stone and my hair was falling out in handfulls. I had a bit of a relapse a few weeks ago so the Docters have changed the medication and that has really helped apart from giving me elephant ankles!! My sick pay expires at the end of April and I am keen to get back to work but because of my relapse I'm not sure if the hospital Dr will let me, I am also signed off til the end of April so far. It looks like you need to have been lobotomised to claim DLA !! Any one else coping with working and this, any tips please.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ~ WOO HOO what a ride!
