3v voucher not authorised but money taken

3v is a visa prepaid voucher, same numbers as on a visa card with a cvv etc.
I tried to pay for some goods at a few places online and it gave error code
as not authorised. I tried several times and when I looked at the card balance online later, it was wiped out to zero!
I called the companies I tried to order from and they said they did not take anything or else I would have received a confirmation email.
I googled it and few people say it gets held and released back by 10 day mark but I need to use it asap and also it expires soon.
3v only have an email, no number. I emailed them no reponse yet.
happened to anyone on 3v or another prepaid card/voucher?

Most likely the cards use offline authorisation which means it probably in suspense till they return it unfortunatly0
