STAY AWAY from this merchant!! :mad:
They failed to transfer the service but did not tell us until we phoned them to check, we received emails saying everything was going ahead. When we called them to ask when the service was being switched they told us that deal had ended but could offer us another more expensive deal!
Customer services repeatedly fail to respond to emails, even when they send them asking for surveys to be completed, do not trust them unless you want stress with your utility services.
No apology, just not interested in resolving or saying sorry for their incompetence. :mad:
