Confusion with energy usage in comparing tariffs
I find it very difficult to accurately find out who is my cheapest supplier through uswitch etc as if I enter my current monthly payments which are too high as I have now built up a large credit, I get a wrong comparison, and I can't enter my yearly usage at present as I no longer have last years bills and only switched to BG Click Energy 2 this year. So presumably, I have to wait until I have been with BG for a year before I can get an accurate comparsion.

I don't understand why you have to wait a year to find your consumption. If you have been with BG say for 3 months, then you take 9 months consumption from your old suppliers bills.0

That would be the easy way, but like I said, I don't have last years bills anymore.0

Sorry, didn;t notice that. Ring your old supplier and ask them what your last year's consumption was before you left them.0
