Best provider for a household that doesn't use gas?

:)Apologies if similar posts are around..
We rent a house and have a gas meter but nothing in our house uses gas so we have never paid a gas bill (no radiators, electric oven and water heated via imerssion tank) We are with southern electric who have never charged us a standing charge, however now they have changed thier tariff and have told me that it will cost us £40 a quarter unless they were to completely remove the gas supply. As we rent this would be up to our landlady and a last resort.
My question is, is there a provider who will not charge us a standing charge and will not have any other charges attatched? I find it hard to believe that a provider would let us switch to them if they wouldn't be making any money from us? I wouldnt mind moving my electricity from southern electric if i had to to get a better gas tariff! Any advise would be apreciated :)

    Use a comparison site ;)

(If it doesn't allow zero annual usage for gas, enter your annual usage as 1kWh)
