Claiming from Personal Accident Plan

Hello,
My other half has been paing £5 a month since 2006 for a plan he wasn't even aware he had. We have since closed the account. I have requested a copy of the signed paper work but have yet to receive any thing back. Are yo able to claim back for these payments or am I wasting my time. The company is UNAT Direct.
Any help appreciated.
Many Thanks
Lucy

How are you going to claim this was mis-sold?
Was this added to other finance or have you simply forgotten taking it out?
Unless you can say you are immune to accidents I fail to see how you could say you didn't need the insurance?0 -
Personal accident plans are not PPI. Most of these plans were bought direct through mailshots. A few banks did sell plans like these over the years though.
How did your OH buy it?
