After great difficulties with Royal Mail, these guys were really great.

I wasn't in to receive the parcel when it was originally delivered, so I arranged a re-delivery. It didn't show up the second time around, and no one at Royal Mail would tell me what was going on. I contacted LoveHoney by email and got a response within an hour, letting me know that the parcel was reported as lost and that they were happy to resend my order.

I was pleased, not just with the fact that they pinned down the Royal Mail but also that my query was resolved so quickly. Excellent stuff!

We had the same postman for years, reliable, timely yet at the time taken for granted.

Then several years ago different postmen and postwomen were deliverying our mail, at different times, and sometimes not at all.

Then the P.O. caught on, back to square one. We've now got the same postman, every day, (apart from hols), very reliable and highly appreciated.

Credit where credit is due, long may it last.
