I was using Moreth>n for my car insurance. Someone hit my car and I ended up paying £700 for and accident which wasn't my fault.
Moreth>n was useless and wouldn't do anything to help me claim my money back.

More than have a very good reputation in general. You are never going to satisfy everyone and often it is down to misunderstanding.
For example:wasn't my fault.

It is not their job to. You claim your expenses and excess back via the legal company appointed to handle your claim (assuming you had legal cover). If you didnt have legal cover, then you deal with it yourself or appoint your own solicitor which you have to pay for.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Me, too, used moreth>n and I found their customer service very poor. Now I am with a different car insurance and I am very happy.
