British Gas Homecare
Hi
I am with BG homecare 400. On Thursday I arranged on-line for an engineer to come out and look at my bathroom light which has stopped working. They advised they will send someone out between 12pm and 6pm. At 4pm they rang and said that because it is not an emergency they will not send someone today and re-arranged it for Monday. I spoke to them they gave me £5.00 off the my direct debit dor 2 months.
An engineer was meant to turn up today and they have just called to say that he wont be turning up because the engineer has rang in sick.
My wife has had to stay off work for two day and will now have to take another day off. Is there anything I can do?
Thank you

Is there any letters that I can use as an example?Thank you0 -
Advise you will cancel if you are not given / are let down on another appointment. Is it possible for your wife to get a call enroute to her mobile so she can get back from work just for the visit?0

My wife works 50 miles away. If she had a call she would need at least an 90 minutes to get back.Thank you0
