Is there anything i can do?
also can they view all my previous email's etc or are they in my cookies type thing? i know !!!!!! all about this sh!te and would appreciate any help :'(

This happened to me too. Cant remember xactly what happened but i was able to retrieve my msn settings/profile. I emailed them and told them my account was being used by another person.(I suspect i know who it was)

I sent them an email from another address and have got my account back (had to tell tem stuff about my account ie. when was it registered, and special folders i kept etc) to prove it was definetly mine.
